To all you MotherFuckers.....

There is absolutely nothing "Happy" about today.  Kiss my ass.  One more person tells me happy Memorial day and I'm punching them in their fucking face!!!  You remember this picture and remember it well...this is Memorial day for the countless wives that have lost their husbands, the mothers their sons, sisters their brothers and family their protectors.....this is in fact NOT a happy day... if you know, or are among the 10% of Americans who have served their country, and survived, I beg you.  Remember your friends who are not here. Honor them.  Tonight, I drink to you.  Tonight I drink to contemplate why you and not me.  Tonight I drink...  For all of the families, I am your pain.  I am your sorrow.  I understand... One of my goals is a 225 OHP.  I'd like to be there this winter or next spring.  I'm starting off very conservatively due to my right shoulder being prone to injury.  One thing that has helped a lot though is understanding how the shoulder works and applying that to my lifts.

I Failed my last rep of my last set.  Got it halfway up.  I think its because my workout was slightly rushed and my recovery time was cut short.

Wednesday's Squats and Deadlifts

I managed to get my 3 Squat days in this week and I feel like a badass...

Deadlifts

Squats felt good,  my knees shot forward on my last 3 reps of my last set.  Deadlifts didn't feel as good as they have been.  Seemed to have trouble activating my hamstrings.  Could be due to doing squats before deadlifts.
