It was supposed to be 5x5... the top of my legs right at the hip joint told me to fuck off...5x3 it is

One of my goals is a 225 OHP. I'd like to be there this winter or next spring. I'm starting off very conservatively due to my right shoulder being prone to injury. One thing that has helped a lot though is understanding how the shoulder works and applying that to my lifts.
